As a member of the only trade association in the state that represents the interests of asphalt pavement producers, suppliers, contractors, and affiliates, you have a dedicated advocate. Our association is the educator for the asphalt industry. We are responsible for promoting and educating the workforce on the implementation of product specifications and conveying product messages to our members and the DOT. We are experts in mix specification implementation across counties in the state and strive to promote a unified mix design. We continuously improve our training to meet the specific needs of our members and educate the workforce, the DOT, and potential partners. Our approach involves fact-finding processes, fixing issues, studying how funding is applied, and helping our members navigate through changes. As an association, we are gaining expertise and leading the way in the implementation of EPDs, carbon output, and BMDs. This year, we have a full schedule of training and seminars, which includes plant-specific efficiencies, EPDs, BMD case studies workshop, RAP, heavy equipment operating certifications, and more! You directly benefit from a highly educated workforce and have the platform to directly educate the industry through the association.
