A Level IV NICET-Certified Engineering Technician, Tom is a nationally recognized instructor and frequent presenter at World of Asphalt and ConExpo, where he shares practical solutions for pavement quality, field troubleshooting, and construction best practices. His engaging teaching style combines decades of field experience with proven engineering principles, giving attendees practical knowledge they can immediately apply to improve pavement performance and project success.
