Our Trainer: Todd Mansell, Caterpillar Paving Products, Inc.
Todd is a Product Application Specialist with Caterpillar’s Global Paving division based in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota where he prepares and delivers paving and compaction training and consulting for Caterpillar customers worldwide. Todd has a Civil Engineering degree from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Canada and a Masters in Business & Administration from Santa Clara University in California. Todd has worked in the asphalt paving industry for over 30 years in various roles, including asphalt laboratory and field technician, lab manager, field inspector, quality control manager and trainer in both Canada and the United States. Todd has a passion for quality paving and for testing and implementing new and innovative paving technologies and practices. Todd is an active member in several national and international paving industry associations, committees, and task groups, including NAPA, AAPT, NCAT, CTAA, TRB and ISIC. Personal interests include fishing, woodwork and history.
