Supplier Member
The asphalt supplier member is any person, firm, partnership, joint venture, corporation, or entity who or which is producing and supplying or selling asphalt binder products to produce hot mix asphalt in the State of New Mexico.
Annual Fee: $10,000
Quarterly Fee on Liquid Material Tons: $2.00/ton
Total annual fee capped at $40,000
Producer Member
The producer member is any person, firm, partnership, joint venture, corporation, or entity who or which is capable of manufacturing, producing, or supplying asphalt mixtures in the State of New Mexico.
Annual Fee: $5,000
Quarterly Fee on Mix Tons: $0.10/ton
Total annual fee capped at $30,000
Associate Member
An associate member is any person, firm, partnership, joint venture, corporation, or entity such as:
- Non Producing contractors (laydown, Chip seal, Stabilization, (others)
- Asphalt Emulsions Suppliers
- Additive Suppliers
Annual Fee: $1,500
Affiliate Member
An affiliate member is any person, firm, joint venture, corporation or entity who or which is engaged in the asphalt industry who or which is ineligible for Producer, Asphalt Supplier or Associate membership status, such as:
- Consulting Engineering firms with testing labs, Consulting Engineers (no lab) Aggregate Suppliers, Lime Suppliers
- Equipment Suppliers (Major, Pavers, Plants, Minor, Testing Equipment, etc.) Insurance/Bonding
- Subcontractors (mill, truck)
Annual Fee: $750
Industry Partner
Governmental Agencies:
- Statewide agency regardless of population
Annual Fee: $550 - Agency whose population is 25,000 +
Annual Fee: $450 - Agency whose population is under 25,000
Annual Fee: $250
All quarterly dues based on liquid material or mixed tons remitted to APANM are proprietary and completely confidential.

All approved members agree to adhere to the Bylaws as approved by the Board of Directors and General Membership.
Membership allows attendance at all our regular trainings; 3 to 5 a year.
Annual fees invoiced effective January 1, of the current year; tons invoiced quarterly.
